This became the genesis of Urban Partners, (then Retail Holdings) in 1983. In 2003, Haydn saw an opportunity to convert Urban Partners property knowledge into a finance company and Cressida Capital was born. This cemented Urban Partners’ philosophy of being a “Portfolio of Competencies” as opposed to a “Portfolio of Properties”.
