Lower Hutt

Our development in Lower Hutt included a retail reconfiguration and seismic upgrading of properties on Queens Drive, Margaret St and High Street, which are in close proximity to the Queensgate shopping centre development.

Urban Partners completed a full refurbishment of the building in 2013/2014 including structural upgrades to meet 100% of the New Building Standard for seismic standards.
