Haydn Staples
Director
Haydn practised as a chartered accountant for ten years before his interest and association with retailing led him into associated real estate. This became the genesis of Urban Partners, (then Retail Holdings) in 1983. In 2003, Haydn saw an opportunity to convert Urban Partners property knowledge into a finance company and Cressida Capital was born. This cemented Urban Partners’ philosophy of being a “Portfolio of Competencies” as opposed to a “Portfolio of Properties”.
